3BM were appointed by Westminster City Council to design a two-school expansion project for a new 3FE all-through Academy. 3BM acted as lead designer and take responsibility for delivering a successful project for Westminster City Council. Design responsibilities consisted of two sites, internal refurbishment, alteration and extension on one and internal refurbishment and new build on the other, with elements designed and coordinated with other consultants in compliance with BIM level II.
