3BM were commissioned by London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to design and deliver a purpose built autistic ‘all-through’ school. 3BM firstly undertook a land appraisal, reviewing the viability review of the original outline business case which was in conjunction with the local Authority. 3BM then developed the scheme through all RIBA stages including cost management from RIBA Stages 0 – 7 with cost plan preparation, post contract cost monitoring, value engineering and reviewing/agreeing variations. There was an emphasise on detailed project delivery programming with phasing whilst also managing the strategic relationships between the local authority and the client.
