3BM were commissioned by Westminster City Council to design and deliver a 1 FE expansion to the secondary school with development of individual, tailored design brief for the school to ensure site specific needs and desired school specialist curriculum. 3BM firstly undertook a land appraisal, reviewing the viability review of the original outline business case which was in conjunction with the local Authority. Following this review 3BM then developed the scheme through all RIBA stages whilst also managing the strategic relationships between the local authority and the client, developing and working with WCC on the procurement strategy for the main contractors which culminated in their appointment via a Restricted OJEU – JCT Design & Build Contract.
