Lee Richardson

Lee is the Operations Director at 3BM. He commenced his architectural career in 2001, studying part-time at The University of Greenwich, whilst working for a small family run practice specialising in Educational and Residential projects.  After qualifying as an Architect in 2012, Lee moved on to help establish 3BM’s Architectural department. Since then, Lee has been instrumental in the growth of the practice from a team of 2 initially, into a larger multidisciplinary practice comprised of a variety of highly skilled individuals. He has a vast experience on a range of educational projects in the private and public sectors. He is a firm believer in developing long term client relationships. His core strengths are leadership, communication and a pragmatic, strategic approach to architecture to ensure the best possible design is ultimately deliverable and meets the needs of the client and end users.
