3BM were commissioned by The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to design and deliver a 1 FE expansion to All Saints Catholic College, a secondary school located in Ladbroke Grove. 3BM firstly undertook a land appraisal and assessed the existing accommodation, to determine the viability of expansion and establish a cost-effective methodology of doing so with review of original feasibility study and existing Net Capacity Assessment and proposed Schedule of Accommodation (using BB103). Following this review, 3BM then developed the scheme through all RIBA stages whilst also managing the strategic relationships in a lead role in Project Steering Groups, school management and key stakeholder meetings between the Client, End-User and local statutory authorities.
