Caroline Gibbs

Caroline has over 20 years’ experience in designing, coordinating, and providing technical detailing for construction on site. Her sector experience includes education, housing and commercial sector.  Caroline loves working with the end users to engage with the clients and stakeholders to adopt their ideas into the design, ensuring their involvement from inception to completion on site. She has a passion and a wealth of knowledge in Special Educational Needs (SEN) projects this has developed over the years through her own personal experiences; Caroline recently completed capacity assessments for Kent County Councils 22 Special Schools. This has extended Caroline breadth of knowledge to ensure the best outcome for those using the building and at every opportunity Caroline will share lesson learnt to facilitate those around her.
