Damian Norris

Damian is Design Director at 3BM Studio and has over 20 years experience in the education, public and commercial sectors. Damian is currently leading the masterplan works for St. John’s College at Oxford University and the delivery of a number of schools. There are consistent themes, which run throughout Damian’s work, which include designing for a site’s particular locality, a mix of considered architectural detailing and construction ideas, an awareness of budget and delivery issues and a sense of clarity and legibility for the end users. Damian has extensive experience in strategic briefing and client engagement, with a firm belief that a strong appreciation of the end user needs is key to a successful building.
